WHAT IS RHODESIAN TRAFFIC 786?
I, Duck Grobbelaar, wanted to launch a Traffic Exchange since the start of 2018, but having difficulties doing that. For one, I am not a PHP programmer and my computer doesn't want to run the programming language C (which I don't know either). So I am still looking for a site partner to help me launch first the Traffic Exchange and then a Mailer linked to the TE.MY GOALS
